When you visit our website
www.ergonomichairs.eu, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected and stored there without your intervention until its automated deletion:

5. Analysis tools
a) Tracking tools
The Tracking-Tools listed below and used by us are based on Article 6 (1) f GDPR. With Tracking-Tools, we want to ensure a design based on the needs of our website and its continuous optimisation. We also use Tracking-Tools to statistically record the use of our website and evaluate it, to optimise our services for you. Those interests should be considered justified within the meaning of the abovementioned provision.

aa) Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.com, Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter "Google"). We use it in order to continuously customise and optimise our pages. In this context, pseudonymous user profiles are created, and cookies are used (see section 4 above). The information generated by cookies about the use of this website, such as:

- the operating system used,
- Referral URL (the page you visited previously),
- The computer's host (IP address),
is transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored there. ab) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
In order to statistically record our website and evaluate it to further optimise it, we also use Google Adwords Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords places a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you have visited our website through a Google ad.
These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords client's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the client can recognise that the user has visited this advertisement and has been redirected to this page.
Each Adwords client receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected by use of the "Conversion-cookie" is used to create statistics for Adwords customers who have chosen to use Conversion-Tracking. 6. Social Media Plug-ins
On our website we place, in accordance with article 6 par. 1 f GDPR, social Plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, in order to make our website more popular. This commercial purpose must be considered as a legitimate interest under the provision of the GDPR. The responsibility for this privacy data operation should be ensured by the respective providers. The integration of plug-ins is done through the so-called "double-click" method for the best possible protection of our website visitors.
On our website, Facebook plugins are used to personalise their use. That's why we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. This is an offer from Facebook.

- according to the Art. 18 GDPR to restrict the processing of your personal data where it is inaccurate, the processing is unlawful, the processing is no longer necessary, but is required for the establishment, practice or legal claims support or you have objected to the processing according to the Article 21 par.1 GDPR.
- according to the Article 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request their transfer to other data controllers.
- according to the Article 7 par. 3 GDPR, to withdraw your consent of your data processing. As a result, we will not be allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future.
- according to the Article 77 of the GDPR to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority. You can contact the national supervisory authority.
8. Right to object
If the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests according to the Article 6 par. 1f GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing according to the Article 21 GDPR, under the condition that there are reasons arising from this particular situation or that the objection is directed against marketing. 9. Data security
We use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method for visiting our website combined with the highest level of encryption supported by the internet browser. This is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology. The encryption of a page of our website is indicated by the closed representation of the key or lock icon in the bottom status bar of the browser.
We also take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction, or unauthorised access by third parties.
