•    Yes, there is. Our physical store is a 1000m2 showroom, located in Heraklion, Crete, (178 Knossos Street). In our physical store you can see and try all the office furniture and office chairs models available in our eshop.

•    The strength tests relating to the weight of the user, which most of our chairs have been tested and passed, are at 120 kg. This limit refers to the correct functioning of the seat but does not mean that it cannot be used by a heavier user.

• The warranty covers the mechanical parts failure and the seat frame breaking.
• It does not cover the upholstery (mesh-fabric-artificial leather).

•    All office chairs are designed only for sitting. Do not step or stand on the chair.
•    Do not use the seat if it is not fully and correctly assembled. From time to time, you should check that all mechanisms and individual parts of the chair are working properly and that all screws are properly tightened.
•    Do not sit on the armrest of the chair.
•    The chairs are designed to sit one user at a time.
•    The chairs should not be used by children under 10 years old without adult supervision. The are special series of children’s chairs in our eshop.
•    The cleaning of the mesh or fabric is done with a wet and well-drained cloth with water or soft detergent. Under no circumstances should you use chemical such as chlorine, etc.

•    Yes, they can be found in printed form inside the packaging and on the page of each product in pdf format.

• Yes. Although most of our chairs have many mechanical parts and many adjustments, their assembly is easy because the basic pre-assembly of the mechanisms, armrests, etc. is already done inside the package so the user will just have to assemble the final parts based on the simple instructions that come with the chair. In any case you can call our technical department to solve any questions you might have.
