Order Cancellation - Return

Right of withdrawal from distance contracts under Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K. Y. A. Z1-891/2013).

The Customer can immediately cancel his/her order free of charge in case that he/she changes his mind at the same time of his purchase, in consultation with the customer service department (+302810360851) or via Live Chat. The main condition is that the product should not have been delivered to DHL.

In any other case, within 14 calendar days of receipt, the customer can return the products purchased by contacting the customer service department of our company by phone +302810360851 or by email at info@ergonomichairs.eu. We will then arrange to collect the parcel from your place on a date that suits you.

To help you better understand the refunds/returns policy, we have divided it into two categories, Category A and Category B.

Return Packaging	It should be returned in the original packaging.
Validity Period for returns	Within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery from the DHL courier to you.

Damage charge1 (if any)	A surcharge¹ of up to 30% of the purchase value might apply (it is determined after the inspection of the returned goods)
Details	The chair must be in its original condition (unused, unassembled) The return includes any/all spare parts provided during the 14-day period. Refund	Refunds are made within 5 days of receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds are made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
