1. Delivery to the place destination by the Customer: the customer is informed via email that the product is ready for shipment. The product is delivered to an external partner (DHL) and shipped to the address you have chosen. Shipping is FREE.
2. Shipping time: your order will be shipped within 48 hours (2 working days) if the products are ready for delivery. The shipping time to the destination is usually between 5 and 15 days, depending on the destination. If you notice a longer delay in receiving your order, please contact us.
3. VAT & Other Charges: for all European Union countries taxes and shipping costs are included in the price of the product. The price you see on each product is final. For countries outside the European Union please contact us via email at info@ergonomichairs.eu or via Live Chat.
Force majeure: our COMPANY is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure, and therefore our COMPANY is entitled to an extension of time for execution. Indicative examples may include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier/transportation/production problems, government or legislative acts, natural disasters, etc.
